Join Ein Yael and the Youth Authority for our signature Gathering Festival. Experience autumn’s abundance and learn traditional winter preparation methods at our historic agricultural farm. 

Festival Experience:

Step back in time as you: Meet pilgrims journeying to Jerusalem, Explore our archaeological treasures, Master traditional weaving techniques, Participate in olive harvesting, Learn fruit preservation methods, Create fresh, warm pita bread.

Special activities include:

Hands-on archaeological site exploration, Water conduit walks with expert guides, Traditional olive harvesting workshops, Cotton weaving demonstrations, Winter seedling preparation, Traditional pita baking with olive oil and za’ata.
